This is a bi-partisan effort—the Chicago Police Department’s number one cheerleader on this issue is Chicago Mayor, Rahm Emmanuel, an Obama Democrat. Emmanuel and his police cronies have been cheerleading the outrageous press coverage for a while. The president is a newcomer to the lynching party.
